HOW LONG AFTER ORDERING IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

We typically ship all orders within 2–4 business days. If you select Expedited
Processing at checkout, we will ship within 24–48 hours depending on the time
of day the order is placed.


WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE?

We ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail
carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We ship all orders from our USA facility. Estimated delivery times are as
follows:

  - USA:              2–5 business days
  - Canada:           4–10 business days
  - Western Europe:   5–15 business days
  - Australia / NZ:   5–15 business days
  - Rest of World:    5–20 business days

Please note these are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to
carrier volume, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays.


I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please email us

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES?

We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as
possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for
customs authorities.

If your order is shipping internationally, you may be charged sales tax (VAT)
or import duties upon delivery. These fees are set by your country's customs
authority and are the recipient's responsibility. If fees are charged by
customs, they are payable by the recipient. We are not responsible for orders
not accepted due to failure to pay duties and taxes, and international duties
and taxes are non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Shipping insurance is available at checkout. It covers you in case your item is
lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. To make a claim, contact our support team
