ORDER CANCELLATION
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast shipment. You may cancel or
modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided production or
fulfillment has not yet begun. To cancel or modify your order, please contact

Please note: Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for
cancellation once production has begun, regardless of timing.
RETURNS
Can I return my purchase?
We offer a 60-day return policy from the date of purchase. If you are not fully
satisfied with your order, please contact our support team at {{STORE_EMAIL}}
within 60 days of purchase to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where applicable.
- Personalized or custom-made items may be subject to a partial refund
deduction, as they cannot be restocked or resold.
- Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless
the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent. In those cases,
we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval
or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a
credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within
5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require
additional processing time before the refund appears on your statement.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check
your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. If you have
done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item,
please contact our support team at {{STORE_EMAIL}} within 30 days of receiving
your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the item showing the issue
We will arrange a replacement shipment or a full refund at no cost to you,
including return shipping. Please do not return items to us without authorization
from our support team first.
EXCHANGES
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange
an item for the same product, please email us at {{STORE_EMAIL}} with your
order number and details of the issue.
MY ITEM LOOKS DIFFERENT FROM THE ONLINE LISTING
We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and products, though
some listings may use life-like renderings to show how the item will look. If
you believe your item has a defect, please take photos and contact our support
